Bouquet: with intense fruit flavors of blackberry and raspberry. 

Taste: good structure and persistence, balanced with soft tannins and fragrant. 

CULTIVATION DATA 

Grape variety: Sangiovese, Cabernet, Syrah. 

Vineyard location: Pisan hills, Peccioli area 

Altitude: 150/200 metres above sea level 

Soil: sandy-silt-clay texture. 

Vine orientation and exposure: south-south west. 

Trellis system: spurred cordon. 

Plant density: 5.200. 

Grape yield: 8,5 tons per hectare. 

Harvest: end of September. 

OENOLOGICAL DATA 

Red wine vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed before being sent to fermenters with thermo-oxygen control to facilitate maximum extraction over the separation of grapeseed responsible for the aggressive tannins. 

Ageing: after adequate maceration the wine rests on wooden barrels.
